To date, Art in Manufacturing has commissioned XX artists to work with and alongside XX manufacturers. From Rudolph von Laban inspired dancing bakers to delicately cast personal workbench tools; unearthing past poets, paper archives, and fading memories of fading venues; from posting 10,000 envelopes through 10,000 Blackburn doors to the spectacular making of a South Asian wedding – each residency weaves a path as individual and remarkable as the artists themselves.
